A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF AN AGREEMENT FOR CONSULTING
ENGINEERING SERVICES IN CONNECTION
WITH WASTEWATER SOLIDS MANAGEMENT

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
1. The Council authorizes execution of the agreement between the City
of South San Francisco, a municipal corporation of the State of California
and Jenks & Adamson, Inc., Consulting Sanitary and Civil Engineers,
entitled "Agreement, Consulting Engineering Services in Connection with
Wastewater Solids Management Program," formerly designated in Resolution
157-75 as "Agreement, Consulting Engineering Services in Connection with
Wastewater Treatment Works Englargement Project."
2. The Council authorizes the Director of Public Services to execute
said agreement on behalf of the City and City Clerk attest his signature thereto.
3. Resolution No. 157-75, adopted October 15, 1975, entitled "A Resolu-
tion Authorizing Execution of an Agreement for Consulting Services with Jenks
& Adamson, Inc. - Wastewater Treatment Works Enlargement Project," is hereby
rescinded.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the 17th day of December ,
