CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
AN AGREEMENT FOR CONSULTING SERVICES
WITH JENKS & ADAMSON, INC. - WASTEWATER
TREATMENT WORKS ENLARGEMENT PROJECT.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that execution of the agreement between the City of South San Francisco,
a municipal corporation of the State of California, and Jenks & Adamson,
Inc., Consulting Sanitary and Civil Engineers, entitled "Agreement - Con-
sulting Engineering Services in Connection with Wastewater Treatment Works
Enlargement Project," is hereby authorized and the Director of Public
Services is authorized to execute same on behalf of the City and City
Clerk attest his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a reqular meeting held on the 17th day of December
19 75 , by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN F. Frank Mammini, Terry J. Mirri, Leo Padreddii and
Warren Steinkamp
NOES, None
ABSENT, Richard A. Battaglia
