CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
AN AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT ENTITLED
"EQUIPMENT AND OPERATION AGREEMENT,.
BOATING SAFETY AND ENFORCEMENT GRANT,"
DATED JUNE 30, 1975 - RADAR AND DEPTH
SOUNDER.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of soUth San Francisco
that:
1. EXecution of Amendment to Agreement between the'State Department
of Navigation and Ocean Development and the City of South San Francisco,
amending that certain agreement entitled "Equipment and Operation Agreement,
Boating Safety and Enforcement Grant," dated June 30, 1975, between the
State Department of Navigation and Ocean Development and the City of South
San Francisco is hereby authorized; and
2. The City Manager is authorized to execute said agreement on behalf
of the City and City Clerk attest his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a ~eqular meeting held on the 7th day of January
19 76 , by the following vote:
