A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
FOR BASEBALL BACKSTOP AT ORANGE
MEMORIAL PARK - PROJECT NO. PR-75-4
that'
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice,
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 23rd day of
December , 1975., for
Baseball Backstop at Orange Memorial Park
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS-
1.' That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to
the lowest responsible bidder,
Alameda Fence Co.
Alameda, CA
for the bid price of TWELVE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED & Sr~ DOT, T, aR.q
($ 2, oo ).
2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and the City
Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest his signature and 'affix
· thereto the corporate seal of ~:he City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular
