HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 9-1976 RESOLUTION NO. 9-76 CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO,STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION ALLOCATING REVENUE SHARING FUNDS AND TWENTY-FIVE PERCENT .OF SALES TAX REVENUES TO THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND COMMENCING WITH FISCAL YEA'R JULY 1, 1976. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the Council, having duly considered the Staff Report dated July 21, 1976, from the City Manager by the Director of Administrative Services, Subject: Improvement Fund Revenue Allocation, does hereby order that: 1. One hundred percent (100%) of the revenue sharing funds shall be allocated to the Capital Improvement Fund beginning with fiscal year July 1, 1976; and 2. Twenty-five percent (25%) of sales tax revenues shall be allocated to the Capital Improvement Fund beginning with fiscal year July 1, 1976. ? I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 21st day of January , 1976, by the following vote: AYES, COUNCILMEN Richard A.
