CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO EXECUTE THE COOPERATION AGREEMENT WITH
SAN MATEO COUNTY FOR THE SECOND PROGRAM
YEAR OF THE HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOP-
MENT ACT APPLICATION
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that the City Council does hereby authorize the City Manager
to execute, on behalf of the City, the Cooperation Agreement for the
second program year of the Housing and Community Development Act
application between the County of San Mateo, a political subdivision
of the State of California, and the City of South San Francisco, a
municipal corporation, and the City Clerk attest his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a reqular meeting held on the 2?st day of
January , 1976, by the following vote:
