CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO,STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEDICATION FOR PUBLIC
USE OF ALPINE COURT AND THE RELINQUISHMENT TO
THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO OF ACCESS RIGHTS
TO AND FROM LOTS 6, 7 AND 8 AS SHOWN ON THE
PARCEL MAP FOR ALTA VISTA NO.. 4.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that:
1. The City Council accepts the dedication to public use of
Alpine Court and the relinquishment to the City of South San Francisco
of access rights to and from lots 6, 7 and 8 along the entire abutting
Alpine Court frontage as designated upon Parcel Map of Alta Vista No. 4,
same being a reSubdi vi si on of a portion of the lands described in the
deed to Curt A. Hasenpusch and Vivian D.Hasenpusch, his wife, recorded in
Volume 2373 at Page 356, and a portion of the lands described in the Deed
to Vivian Dee Hasenpusch, recorded in Volume 3455 at Page 556, Official
Records of San Mateo County, South San Francisco, San Mateo County, Calif-
ornia, dated December, 1975, prepared by Louis Attilio Arata, Civil Engineer
and Surveyor, Milbrae,California, Drawing No. C1-1834B.
2. The Council authorizes the City Clerk and Engineer to execute
the certificates set forth on said map.
3. The Council authorizes the City Clerk to record or cause
recordation of said Parcel Map and the acceptance of said dedications and
relinquishments in the Official Records of the County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Counc%l of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 21st day of January
19 76 , by the following vote:
