A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN
AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY AND SAN MATEO
COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT--COLMA
CREEK FLOOD CONTROL PROJECT {RECONSTRUCTION
OF UTAH AVENUE BRIDGE}'
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANC I SCO that:
1. Execution of the Agreement between the City of South San
Francisco, a municipal corporation, and the San Mateo Flood Control District,
providing for the construction of facilities in the Colma Creek Flood Control
Project, to wit: the reconstruction of Utah Avenue Bridge in South San
Francisco, is hereby authorized.
2. Mayor is hereby authorized to
execute said Agreement on behalf of the City and the City Clerk is authorized to
attest his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at
a regular meeting held on the 4th day of February ,
1976, by the following vote:
