A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
DESIGNATING AN EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, A
SECRETARY AND AN ASSISTANT SECRETARY
WHEREAS, in accordance with the provision of
the Community Redevelopment Law (Part 1, commencing with
Section 33000, of Division 24 of the Health and Safety
Code of the State of California) the City Council being
the legislative body of the City of South San Francisco,
by Ordinance adopted December ]9 ,1979 declared that
there is a need for the Redevelopment Agency of the City
of South San Francisco to function and declared itself to
be the Redevelopment Agency; and
WHEREAS, the Agency has determined that it
will be necessary to provide for an Executive Director,
a Secretary and an Assistant Secretary in order to administer
the Agency on a day to day basis.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Redevelopment
Agency of the City of South San Francisco as follows:
1. That the City Manager is hereby
designated to be the Executive Director and the Secretary
of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San
Francisco and that the Director of Community Development
is hereby designated to be the Assistant Secretary of the
Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San Francisco.
PASSED A~ND ADOPTED at a regular meeting
of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San
Francisco held March 5 ,1980.
