A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
FOR MISSION ROAD REALIGNMENT,
PROJECT NO. ST-74-3.
that:
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Sou'th San Francisco,
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice,
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the JOthday of
February , ]976, for
Mission Road Realignment
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all. of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to
the lowest responsible bidder,

2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and the City
