BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO,AS AREA AGENCY ON
AGING, AND THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
1. Execution of the Agreement between the County of San Mateo as
the Area Agency on Aging, and the City of South San Francisco, a municipal
corporation, is hereby authorized.
2. The City Manager is authorized to execute said Agreement on behalf
of the City, and the City Clerk attest his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the forgoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the 17th day of March ,
1976, by the foil, owing vote'
