CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN
AGREEMENT WITH THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO
REGARDING FUNDING FOR THE CHESTNUT AVENUE
BOX CULVERT IMPROVEMENT PROJECT.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that:
1. The Agreement between the County of San Mateo, a political sub-
division of the State of California, and the City of South San Francisco,
a general law City of the County of San Mateo, State of California,
regarding Section 2106 of the Streets and Highways Code funds for the Chestnut
Avenue Box Culvert Improvement project, be approved, and execution thereof
is hereby authorized.
2. The ~'City Manager is authorized to execute said Agreement on behalf
of the City, and the City Clerk attest his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held on the 17th day of
March , 1976, by the following vote'
