RESOLUTION NO, 42'76
CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT
FOR COMMUNICATIONS MAINTENANCE SERVICES
WITH THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
1. Execution of an Agreement for Communications Maintenance Services
dated July 1, 1976, is hereby authorized.
2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute said
agreement on behalf of the City and the City Clerk is authorized to attest
his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held on the 7th day of April
19 76 , by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN William A. Borba, Richard A. Battaglia, Leo Padreddii
Emanuele N. Damonte and Terry J. Mirri
