A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
FOR AIRPORT BOULEVARD LANDSCAPING,
(PROJECT NO. 75-7) - M~LLER AVENUE TO
PRODUCE AVENUE
that:
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice,
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 5th day of
April , 1976, for
AIRPORT BOULEVARD LANDSCAPING;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to
the lowest responsible bidder,

for the bid price .of TWENTY ONE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY DOLLARS
($ ).
2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a wrii~ten contract wi'th said successful bidder and the City
Clerk of said City is' hereby directed to attest his signature and.-affix
thereto the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular
