CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A GRANT OF EASEMENT
FROM' THELMA AHERN AND C. D. AHERN, HER HUS-
BAND FOR SANITARY SEWER 'PURPOSES
1. The Grant Deed (easement) dated March 19, 1976, a copy of which
is attached hereto as Exhibit "A", executed by Thelma Ahem and C. D.
Ahem for sanitary sewer purposes, is hereby accepted.
2. The City Clerk is authorized to record or cause recordation of
said Grant Deed (easement) in the official records of San Mateo County.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held on the 7th day of April
1976, by the following vote:

An easement for the installation, operation and maintenance o'f a
sanitary sewer over a strip of land having A uniform width of 15
feet lying contiguous to and easterly of the following described
line..
Beginning at the point of intersection of the dividing line between
Lot 9 and Lot 10, in Block 1 wit]] the northerly boundary line of
Wattis .Way as shOwn on the certain map entitled "South'San Francisco
Industrial Park Unit No. 1, South San Francisco, San MateD County,
California" filed in the office of the Recorder of San MateD County,
State 'of Califo'rnia on September 14, 1965 in Book 46 of Maps at
pages 5, 6 and 7 and running thence from said point of beginning
along the westerly boundary of said Lot 10 North 00° 01' 02" West
214.02 feet to the southerly line of the lands of Rapp's Realty Inc.
described'in the Deed ~ecorded May 21, 1962 in Book h211, Official
Records of San MateD County, at page 509 (Recorder's Serial No. 73005U).
The sanitary sewer..shatl at'all times be maintained underneath the
surface of .the groun'd and the City of-South San Francisco shall replace
'any trees, shrubs and other vegetation removed or damaged~in connection
with the installation~ operation and.maintenance thereof 'and will repair
any damage resulting or arising therefrom.-
