CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOUUT,Ii]ON ORDERING FUND TRANSFERS
IN ACCORDANCE WITH REVENUE SHARING
AND GAS TAX FUND REGULATIONS
WHEREAS, the City Council has heretofore entered into an agreement
with the San Mateo County Flood Control District for the improvement of
Colma Creek, and
WHEREAS, such agreement called for the City to advance certain
funds to assure such improvements, and
WHEREAS, such advances were made using Gas Tax 2106 funds which
now have to be replaced in accordance with gas tax fund regulations,
and other funds substituted therefor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco, that:
1. The sum of Six hundred seventy-five thousand dollars ($675,000)
be transferred from the General Fund to Gas Tax 2106 funds to replace
advances previously made to the San Mateo County Flood Contr(~l District
pursuant to the agreement above recited.
2. The following sums be transferred to the General Fund as sub-
stitute funds:
2.1. The sum of Three hundred seventy-five thousand dollars
($375,000) from the General Revenue Sharing Fund, and
2.2. The sum of Three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000)
from Gas Tax 2107 funds.

regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular
