'48-76, CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION 9-76 ADOPTED JANUARY 21, 1976, ENTITLED "A RESOLUTION ALLOCAT- ING REVENUE SHARING FUNDS AND TWENTY-FIVE PERCENT OF SALES TAX REVENUES TO THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND COMMENCING WITH FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 1976." WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, after having duly considered the staff report dated January 21, 1976, from the City Manager by the Director of Administrative Services, subject "Improvement Fund Revenue Allocation," did order allocation of revenue sharing funds and a portion of sales tax revenues as in said resolution provided, and WHEREAS, the City Council after reconsidering said staff report and resolution and further needs for the operating budget for fiscal year 1976-77, desires to rescind said resolution,; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that Resolution No. 9-76, adopted January 21, 1976, entitled "A Resolution Allocating Revenue Sharing Funds and Twenty- Five Percent of Sales Tax Revenues to the Capital Improvement Fund Com- mencing with Fiscal Year July 1, 1976," be and the same is hereby rescinded.
