CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO,STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
MAINTENANCE OF CERTAIN COMMON GREENS
LOCATED IN SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
that:
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
WHEREAS, pursuant to Previous authorization and published-notice,
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 26taday of
April , 19 7~ for
Maintenance of Certain Common Greens Located
in South San Francisco
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
1. ]That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to
the lowest responsible bidder,
825 Mabury Road, San Jose, CA
for the bid price of FIVE HUNDRED EIGHTY THOUSAND TWO HUNDRFj~ FORTY ~.TF. HT DOLLARS
($ 8o,2, 8.oo ).
2~ That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and the City
Clerk'of said City is hereby directed to attest his signature and.-affix
thereto the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a
meeting held on the 5th day of May ,
