CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING
AND DIRECTING THE SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
POLICE DEPARTMENT TO EXECUTE TRAINING
AGREEMENTS BETWEEN CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO AND THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA,
DEPARTMENT OF CALIFORNIA HIGHWAY PATROL.
WHEREAS, the State of California, Department of California Highway
Patrol, requires written training agreements from any agency participating
in their training progranm; and
WH~, the Police Department of the City of South San Francisco
desires from time to time to participate in certain training programs
sponsored and administered by the Department of California Highway Patrol;
and
WHEREAS, resolution of the South San Francisco City Council is re-
quired for the 1976-?? and 1977-78 fiscal years;
NOW, %HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the South San Francisco City Coun-
cil as follows:
That the South San Francisco Police Department Training Manager is
hereby authorized and directed to sign such training agreements when
required for the fiscal years 1976-77 and 1977-78.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a ~qgnla~ meeting held on the 5th day of May
1976, by the following vote:
