A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOI~T AGENCY OF
THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING
THE t~PLOY~T OF FINANCIAL ~ONS[~TANT
WHEREAS, in accordance with the provisions of the Cc~munity
Redevelopment Law (Part 1, cc~mencing with Section 33000 of Division 24 of the
Health and Safety Code of the State of California) the City Council of the City
of South San Francisco being the legislative body of the City of South San
Francisco, by Ordinance adopted December 17, 1979, declared that there is a
need for the Redevelo~ment Agency of the City of South San Francisco to function
in the City of South San Francisco and declared the City Council itself to be
the Redevelopment Agency; and
Whereas, the Agency has determined that it will be necessary to
e~ploy financial consultants in order to implement the provisions of the proposed
Redevelopment project and to offer consultation in accordance thereto.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Redevelopment Agency of the
-- City of South San Francisco as follows:
1. That the firm of Keyser M~ston Associates, Inc. be and is hereby
retained to act as financial consultants to this Redevelopment Agency in connection
with the contemplated Redevelopment project subject to the ter~s and conditions
of an acceptable contract to be negotiated by Staff and ratified by the Redevelop-
ment Agency.
