A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE SAN MATEO COUNIY FLOOD
CONTROL DISTRICT AND THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO PROVIDING FOR CONSTRUCTION
OF COLMA CREEK FLOOD CONTROL PROJECT--
CHANNEL IMPROVEMENTS STATION 79+00 TO
STATION 87+85 (CUL-DE-SAC AND PEDESTRIAN
BRIDGE)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that:
1, Execution of the Agreement between the San Mateo County
Flood Control District and the City of South San Francisco providing for
construction of Colma Creek Flood Control Project-~hannel improvements
station 79+00 to station 87+85 (cul-de-sac and pedestrian bridge),is
hereby authorized,
2. The ~ Mayor is hereby authorized to
execute said agreement on behalf of the City and the City Clerk attest
hi s s i gna ture thereto.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 19t____~day of
1976, by the following vote-
