CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO,STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ESTABLISHING A CUL DE
SAC AND CHANGING THE NAME OF THAT PORTION OF
OLD MISSION ROAD TO ANTOINETTE LANE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, after notice duly published on the 21st day of
May , 1976, conducted a public hearing on the estab-
lishment of a cul de sac of a portion of Old Mission Road and
the changing of the name of that portion from 01d Mission Road
to Antoinette Lane, all of which is shown on the plat attached
hereto, marked Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein as if set
forth verbatim; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco considered the recommendation of the Planning Commis-
sion, and the statements in protest of interested parties, and
did overrule said protests; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco determined that good cause exists for the establish-
ment of said cul de sac and the changing of the name of that por-
tion of said street from Old Mission Road to Antoinette Lane;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of South San Francisco that:
1. A cul de sac be established for that portion of
the street formerly known as Old Mission Road, between Chestnut
Avenue and Oak Avenue, as shown on the plat attached hereto as

Exhibit "A"; and
2. Orders the change of name of that portion of
01d Mission Road to Antoinette Lane; and
3. Orders the Director of Public Services to procure
and erect street signs to show the change of name of said street;
and
4. Orders the City Clerk to forward a copy of this
Resolution to the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo
and any other agency or office as required by law.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the
2nd day of June , 1976, by the following vote:

Terry J. Mirri and Richard A. Battaglia
