The easement granted by Rapp's Realty, Inc.,-on April 30, 1976, by way of a corporation grant deed to the City of South San Francisco for the installation, operation and main- tenance of a sanitary sewer over a portion of land as des- eribed therein, a copy of which corporation, grant deed is attached hereto as Exhibit "A", is hereby accepted. 2.
