CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO,STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
GRAND AVENUE LIBRARY PARAPET,
(PROJECT NO. PB-75-1A)
that:
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice,
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 26th day of
May , 19 75 for
Grand Avenue Library Parapet;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to
the lowest responsible bidder,
J.iM. Construction Co.
San Bruno, CA
for the bid price of NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED NINETY FIVE DOLLARS
($ 9,995.00 ).
2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and the City
Clerk of said .City is hereby directed to attest his signature and.~affix
thereto the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 2nd day of June
19 76 , by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Leo Padreddii, Emanuele N. Damonte, William A.
Borba, Terry J. Mirri and Richard A. Battaglia
