CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF AN AGREEMENT EXTENDING THE AGREE-
MENT BETWEEN CITY AND TILLO FOR PRO-
CESSING AND REMOVAL OF SLUDGE DIS-
CHARGED AT SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that:
1. Execution of the agreement extending to the 6th day
of September , 19 76 , the agreement between the City
of South San Francisco, a municipal corporation, and Tillo
Products Company and Consolidated Milling Company is hereby
authorized, with payment to Tillo of Two Thousand Dollars
($2,000.00 ) per month during said extension, as therein set
forth; and
2. The Mayor of the City of South San Francisco is author-
ized to execute said agreement on behalf of the City and the City
Clerk attest his signature thereto.
