CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DEPARTMENT
OF GENERAL SERVICES OF THE STATE OF
CALIFORNIA TO PURCHASE CERTAIN ITEMS.
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
does hereby authorize the Office of Procurement, Department of General
Services of the State of California to purchase materials, supplies and
equipment as needed for and on behalf of the City of South San Francisco,
pursuant to Section 14814, Government Code, and that Joseph N. Figueiredo,
Purchasing Officer, and/or William R. Anderson, as Finance Officer/Auditor
or Director of Finance, of the City of South San Francisco, is hereby
authorized and directed to sign and deliver all necessary requests and
other documents in connection therewith for and on behalf of the City of
South San Francisco.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a ~.~,,?~ meeting held on the 16th day of June ,
1976 , by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Leo Padreddii, Emanuele N. Damonte, Terry J. Mirri,
William A. Borba, Richard A. Battaglia
