A RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT C-2,
1975-76 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT BUDGET.

BE IT RESOLVED by the City CoUncil of the.City of South San
Francisco that, after duly considering the staff report dated June 16, ~
1976, subject Budget Transfer C-2 , which is attached hereto
.,
as Exhibit A, the Council does hereby order that the sum of Seven
Thousand Dollars ($7,000.00) be transferred from Capital
Improvement Fund Reserves to Account No. 21-4328-680-85 .
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 16th
day of June , 1976, by the following vote:

SUBJECT: Budget Transfer C-2
ACT I ON: Resol ut ion
RECOMMEN DAT ION:
It is recommended that the City Council approve Budget Transfer C-2 in
the amount of $7,000.00 for the installation of landscaping and
sprinkler system within and adjacent to the Public Rest Area.
DISCUSS ION:
In checking our records for the Capital Improvement Projects we noticed
that we did not request supplemental funding for the completion of the
landscaping adjacent to the memorial sculpture and the Public Rest Area.
This project was approved by Council several weeks ago and is near
completion. Therefore this amount should be transferred.
