All proposals or bi'ds shall be accompanied by a'cash'~er's or

an amount equal to not less than ten percent {10%) of'the b~d figure, or by a
bond in said amount drawn in favor of said City and executed by a corporate-
surety. Said check shall be forfeited by b~dder, or said bond shall beco~,e

tions, enter into a contract with said City, the faithful performance of which
shall be §uaranteed by an undertaking in the amount of one hundred percent.
