CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO,STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A
QUITCLAIM DEED TO THE SAN MATEO COUNTY
FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT (PORTION OF OAK
AVENUE)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
1. Execution of a quitclaim deed by the City of South San Francisco,
a municipal corporation, to the San Mateo County Flood Control District, of
parcel 1578 described in a copy of the quitclaim deed which is attached hereto
as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by this reference, is hereby authorized.
2. The Mayor and Mayor pro tem are authorized to execute said quit-
claim deed for the City of South San Francisco, a municipal corporation.
3. Upon execution of the quitclaim deed and acknowledgment of
signatures, said quitclaim deed shall be delivered to the'San Mateo COunl/y-Flood
Control District for recordation in the official records of the County of
San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the 16th day of June ,
1976, by the fo]lowing vote:

Hateo County, at page 430 (Recorder's Serial No. 57780-AI), said Point of
Beginning also being the intersection of the southeasterly line of Oak Avenue
and the northeasterly line of Mission Road (66 feet wide); THENCE from said
Point of Beginning along the northeasterly line of Mission Road, North 32°
38' 31" West 96.21 feet; THENCE South 62° 54' 14" East 83.79 feet; THENCE
.South 77° 13' 35" East 29.07 feet to a point in the southeasterly line of Oak
