A RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION
NO. 85-76 ADOPTED JULY 16, 1976,
ENTITLED, "RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING
PUBLICATION OF NOTICES FOR PUBLIC
HEARING ON PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO
THE COOPERATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
AND HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO."
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that Resolution No. 85-76, adopted July 16, 1976, entitled,
"Resolution Authorizing Publication of Notices for Public Hearing on
Proposed Amendment to the Cooperation Agreement Between the City of
South San Francisco and Housing Authority of the City of South San
Francisco," is hereby rescinded.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at an ad/ourned,~qularmeeting held on the 28th day of
