A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
FOR BURI BURI PARK DEVELOPMENT
(PR 75-6)

RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice,
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 29th day of
Jul~ , 1976, for
Buri Buri Park Development;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That .said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the .contract to
the lowest responsible bidder,

for the bid price of Fort~-seven Thousand and 'Two Dollars

2.' That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and the City
Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest his signature and. affix
thereto the corporate seal of the City.
