A RESOLUTION· OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
FOR QUARTERLY LEISURE ACTIVITIES
BROCHURE
that:
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice,
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 3rd day of
August , 1976, for
QUARTERLY LEISURE ACTIVITIES BROCHURE;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS'
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to
the lowest responsible bidder,
· Rapid Printers & Lithographers, Inc.
25377 Huntwood Avenue
Ha~ward, CA 94544
for the bid price of Eleven Thousand, Three Hundred a~d Seventeen Dollars
($ 11,·317.73 ). and Sevent~-Three Cents.
" 2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and the City
Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest his signature and.-affix
thereto the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 4th day of August
