CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO,STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION SUPPORTING THE YOUTHFUL
VIOLENT OFFENDER ACT AS PROPOSED BY
THE ALAMEDA GRAND JURY
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that the Council, having considered Resolution No. 1-76 of the
1975-76 Grand Jury and the attached proposed legislation entitled "The
Youthful Violent Offender Act", does hereby endorse and support the adop-
tion of such a proposal by the California Legislature and the approval
thereof by the Governor of the State of California.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Fran-
cisco at a regular meeting held on the 4th day of August , 1976,
by the fol 1 owing vote:
