CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE SOUTHERN
PACIFIC TRANSPORTATION COMPANY AND
THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO FOR
THE IMPROVEMENT OF OYSTER POINT BOULE-
VARD CROSSING PUC E-8.4
that:
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
1. Execution of the agreement between the Southern Pacific Trans-
portation Company, a corporation, and the City of South San Francisco,
a municipal corporation, providing for the improvement of Oyster Point
Boulevard crossing, PUC E-8.4, is hereby authorized.
2, The City Manager is authorized to execute this agreement on
behalf of the City and City Clerk attest his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held on the 4th day of August ,
1976, by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Richard A. Battaglia, William A. Borba, Emanuele N. Damonte,
Terry J. Mirri and Leo Padreddii
