A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
FOR "C" STREET WIDENING - ORANGE
AVENUE TO HOUSING AUTHORITY PROP-
ERTY (PROJECT NO. ST-74,6)
that:
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice,
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 27tn day of
Jul{~ , ]976,
FOR "C" STREET WIDENING,
ORANGE AVENUE TO HOUSING AUTHORITY PROPERTY;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS'
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to
the lowest responsible bidder,

2. /hat the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized to make

Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest his signature and-affix
thereto the corporate sea] of the City.
