CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION FIXING THE TAX RATE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 197 6-77 ·
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that:
1. The Council does hereby fix the rate of taxes for
the fiscal year 1976-77.. at ONE DOLLAR
($ 1.00 ) upon each One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) of
assessed value of all property enumerated and assessed as
being in the City including real, personal, mixed and other
property of whatever nature taxable by said City.
2. The City Clerk shall forward a certified copy of
this Resolution to the County Auditor so that he may compute
and enter in the assessment book the tax rate of
ONE DOLLAR ($ 1.00 ) per One
Hundred Dollars ($100.00) assessed value on the property
enumerated and assessed as being in said City, including
real, personal, mixed and other property of whatever nature
taxable by said City.

The taxes so levied shall be collected, as provided'
by law.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted ,by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 18th day of August ~
