CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO,STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION FIXING THE TAX RATE
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1976-77 -
STONEGATE RIDGE PARKS AND
PARKWAYS MAINTENANCE DISTRICT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that:
1. The Council does hereby fix the rate of taxes for
the fiscal year 1976 - 66 for the Stonegate Ridge Parks
and Parkways Maintenance District
at ONE DOLLAR AND EIGHTY EIGHT CENTS ($ 1.88 )
upon each One hundred dollars ($100.00) of assessed value of all

property enumerated and assessed as being in said district.
2. The City Clerk shall forward a certified copy of
this Resolution to the County Auditor so that he may compute and
enter in the assessment book the tax rate of ONE DOLLAR AND
~.rGHTY EIGHT CENTS ($ 1.88 ) per One hundred Dollars
($100.00) assessed value on the prOperty enumerated and assessed
as being .in said Stonegate Ridge Parks and Parkways
Maintenance District .
3. The taxes so levied shall be collected as provided
by law.
