A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF
THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING
THE EMPI3DYMENT OF REDEVEIDP~NT PLAN CONSULTANT
WHEREAS, in accordance with the provisions of the Connmality Redevelopment
I~%w (Part 1, commencing with Section 33000 of Division 24 of the Health and Safety Code
of the State of California) the City Council of the City of South San Francisc~), being
the legislative body of the City of South San ~rancisco, by Ordinance adopted I~c~nber
17, 1979, declared that there is a need for the Redevelo~nent Agency of the City of
South San Francisco to function in the City of South San Francisco and declared the
City Council itself to be the P~=development Agency; and
WHEREAS, the Agency has determined that it will be necessary to en~ploy
consultants in order to in~pl~nent the provisions of the proposed Redevelo~nent Project
and to offer consultation in accordance thereto.
NOW, ~/qEP~RE, BE IT RESOLVED by the P~=develo~xnent Agency of the City of
South San Francisco as follows:
1. That the fire of Katz, Hollis, Coren and Associates be and is hereby
retained as consultants to this Redevelo~nent Agency in connection with the preparation
-of the Final Redevelo~xnent Plan, Agency Report to the City Council, and other related
docL~nents associated with the Gateway RedeveloI~nent Project subject to the terrm~ and
conditions of an acceptable contract to be negotiated by Staff and ratified by the
Redevelopn~=_nt Agency.
PASSED AND ADOP~ at a regular n~=eting of the Redevelopment Agency of the
City of South San Francisco on this 5th day of November , 1980.
