CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO,STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION FIXING THE TAX RATE
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1976- 77-
WILLOW GARDENS PARKS AND
PARKWAYS MAINTENANCE DISTRICT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that:
1. The Council does hereby fix the rate of taxes for
the fiscal year 1976 - 77 for the Willow Gardens Parks
and Parkwavs Maintenance District
at ~wo nonn~R~ AND~HIRTY FIVE CENTS ($ 2.35 )
upon each One hundred dollars ($100.00) of assessed value of all

property enumerated and assessed as being in said district.
2. The City Clerk shall forward a certified copy'of
this Resolution to the County Auditor so that he may compute and
enter in the assessment book the tax rate of
TWO DOLLARS AND THIRTY FIVE CENTS ($ 2.35 ) per One hundred Dollars
($100.00) assessed value on the property enumerated and assessed
as being in said Willow Gardens Parks and Parkways
Maintenance District .
3. The taxes so levied shall be collected as provided
by law.
