CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN
AGREEMENT WITH THE CALIFONNIA WATER SERVICE
COMPANY (WATER LINE TO HOUSING AUTHORITY
PROJECT CA 15-2)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
1. The County authorizes execution of the Agreement between the City
of South San Francisco and the California Water Service Company dated the
18tn day of August , 1976, providing for construction of a water
line as therein provided for an estimated cost of Seventy thousand eight hun-
dred nineteen dollars ($70,819), which is subject to revision as described in
said Agreement, and the approval of a letter dated July 19, 1976, from the
California Water Service Company to the City of South San Francisco, re: Low
Cost Housing Project, which clarifies and confirms the intent of various provi-
sions of said Agreement.
2. The Acting City Manager and Acting Director of Public Services are
authorized to execute said Agreement on behalf of the City, and the City Clerk
attest his signature thereto, and the Acting City Manager is authorized to
approve the letter dated July 19, 1976, which is more particularly described
above.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, at a
