CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF FUNDS
FROM GAS TAX 2106 FUND TO THE GENERAL FUND
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of South San Francisco has
duly considered the Staff Report dated September 1, 1976, Subject: Transfer
of Gas Tax Funds, issued by the Acting Director of.Finance through the
Acting City Manager, Frank J. Addiego, and desires to authorize the trans-
fer of funds therein recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco, that:
1. The sum of Sixty-eight thousand one hundred sixty-two dollars
($68,162) be transferred from Gas Tax2106 Fund to the General Fund.
2. Said transfer be reflected on the records of the City for
fiscal years 1975-76 in accordance with the recommendation contained in said
Staff Report.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at
a regular meeting held on the 1st day of September ,
1976, by the fo]lowing vote:
