CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AND TILLO
PRODUCTS COMPANY AND CONSOLIDATED MILLING COMPANY
FOR PROCESSING AND REMOVAL OF SLUDGE DISCHARGED AT
THE SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that:
1. Execution of the Agreement between the City of South San Fran-
cisco, a municipal corporation, and Tillo Products Company, a corporation,
and ConsOlidated Milling Company, a corporation, is hereby authorized.
2. The Acting City Manager is authorized to execute said Agree-
ment on behalf of the City and the City Clerk attest his signature thereto.

I hereby certify tht the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held on the 1st day of September
1976, by the following vote:
