CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF
A GRANT DEED FROM THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that:
1. The Grant Deed executed by the County of San Mateo on
August 10, 1976, a copy of which is attached hereto, conveying the
parcels therein described, is hereby accepted.
2. The City Clerk is authorized to record or cause recorda-
tion of said Grant Deed in the office of the County Clerk of the County
of San Ma teo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a re,u/ar meeting held on the 1st day of
Sep~maer , 1976, by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN William A. Borba, Emanuele N. Damonte, Terr~ J. Hirri
and Leo Padreddii
