CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN
AMENDMENT TO GRANT OF EASEMENT WITH
CABOT, CABOT & FORBES
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
1. Execution of the Amendment to Grant of Easement dated the 1st
day of Se~te~be~ , 1976, which amends the Grant of Easement dated October
31, 1975,re-corded November 26, 1975, in the San Mateo County Official Records
in Volume 6992 at Page 267, and relating to Certain property of Grantor, the
City of South San Francisco, County of San Mateo, State of California, bor-
dering San Francisco bay and lying adjacent to or in close proximity to Point
San Bruno, is hereby authorized.
2. The Mayor is authorized to execute said Amendment to Grant of Ease-
ment on behalf of the City and the City Clerk attest his signature thereto.
3. The CityClerk is authorized to record or cause recordation of said
Grant of Easement in the Official Records of the County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the 1st day of Septe~r
1976, by the following vote:
