CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO,STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
FOR SOLO TYPE ENFORCEMENT MOTORCYCLES
that:
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice,
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 7tn day of
september , 19 7__6, for
SOLO TYPE ENFORCEMENT MOTORCYCLES
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS'
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to
the lowest responsible bidder,
Harle~ Davidson of sunnyvale, Inc.
for the bid price of TWELVE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY-NINE DOLLARS AND
($ 12,379..74 ). SEVENTY-FOUR CENTS.
2. That the City Manager of said city is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and the City
Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest his signature and.-affix
thereto the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 15th day of September
