A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
1976-77 STREET RESURFACING PROGRAM,
PROJECT ST-76-2

RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice,
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 2ad day of
SeHtember , 1976, for
1976-77 Street Resurfacing Program, Project ST-76-2
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to
the lowest responsible bidder,
Gray & Lewis, Inc., San Carlos
for the bid price of SZXTY-TWO THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED AND FIFTY-~.rC, HT
($ :,7 e.oo ).
2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and the City
Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest his signature and.-affix
thereto the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a
