CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A GRANT OF EASEMENT
FROM MICHAEL AREVALO AND RITA AREVALO, HIS
WIFE, AS JOINT TENANTS '(EASEMENT FOR
SANITARY SEWER LINE)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, that:
1. The Grant of Easement executed by Michael Arevalo and Rita
Arevalo, his wife,' as joint tenants, to the City of South San Francisco,
a municipal corporation, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A",
is hereby accepted.
2. The City Clerk is authorized to record or cause recordation
of said Grant of Easement in the Official Records of the County'of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City.of South San Francisco
at a .regular ' meeting held on the 15eh day of September
1976, by the following vote:

GRANT OF EASEMENT
MICHAEL AREVALO and RITA AREVALO, HIS WIFE, as JOINT TENANTS hereby grant to
the CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, a municipal corporation, as follows-
I. An EASEMENT for the purpose of constructing, placing, operating, maintain-
ing and replacing a SANITARY SEWER LINE across, above, and/or below the
surface of the ground over that certain real property situated in th~ City
of South San Francisco, County of San Mateo, State of California, described
as fol lows:
A ten (10) foot wide strip of land, the centerline of which is located as
follows:
Beginning at a point which bears southerly 172 feet more or less along the
common boundary between Lot .10 and Lot ll from the intersection of the
southerly line of Escanyo Drive and the common boundary of Lot II in Block
41 as shown on that certain reap'entitled, "RANCHO BURI BURI MAP NO. 3,
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, SAN MATEO COUNTY, CALIFORNIA," filed in the office of
the County Recorder of San Mateo County, State of California on September
8, 1954 in'Book 40 .of Maps at Pages 7 and 8; thence northeasterly along
said centerline, to the point 'of intersection with the easterly boundary of
Lot 10 in Block 41 .of the above named map, said point of intersection
located northeasterly 65 feet more or less from the southeasterly corner
of Lot 10.
II. A TEMPORARY EASEMENT for CONSTRUCTION PURPOSES, terminating at the end of
construction, described as follows:
Beginning at the westerly .corner of the above described EASEMENT FOR SANITARY
SEWER PURPOSES; thence along' the common.boundary of Lot 10' and Lot II, south-
easterly, to the southwesterly property corner; thence along the southerly
boundary of Lot 10, easterly, to the southeasterly property corner of Lot 10;
thence along the easterly boundary .of-Lot 10, northwesterly, to the easterly
property corner; thence along the northeasterly boundary, northwesterly,
80 feet more or less to a point on said northeasterly boundary; thence along
a line at right angle to the northeasterly boundary of Lot 10, southwesterly,
35 feet more or less to a point; thence along a line southwesterly, 40 feet
more or tess to the Point of Beginning.
