CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AMENDMENT
OF THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY
OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AND THE
INFORMATION AND REFERRAL COMMUNITY
SERVICES CENTER FOR SERVICES IN HOUS-
ING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT, DATED
FEBRUARY 25TH, 1976.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that Council having found that the sum of Forty thousand
dollars ($40,000) is set forth in paragraph "6" of the Agreement dated
February 25th, 1976, entitled "Agreement Between the City of South San
Francisco and the Information and Referral Community Services Center
for Services in Housing and Community Development", and that the sum of
Forty-nine thousand seven hundred dollars ($49,700) should have been so
set forth, the Council therefore authorizes an amendment of paragraph
"6" on the face of the Agreement by striking a line through the sum of
Forty thousand dollars ($40,000) and inserting the sum of Forty-nine
thousand seven hundred dollars ($49,700), said amendment to be certified
by initials of the Acting City Manager and the chairperson of the Infor-
mation and Referral Community Services Center.
