CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE of CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER AGER To
EXECUTE THE PROGRAM SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
NCB. 020-N WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA FOR THE
PRELIMINARY ENGfNEERING ENGINEERING of LOS CERR.IT S SCHOOL
WEST ORANGE AVENUE IMPROVEMENT VEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, City of South San Francisco (City) staff recommends approval of the
Program Supplemental Agreement No, oo -N between the State of California Department of
Transportation and the City of South San Francisco; and
WHEREAS, the City is eligible to receive federal funding for various bicycle
improvement projects throughout the City, through the California Department of Transportation;
;
and
WHEREAS, the Program Supplemental Agreement must be executed with the California
Department of Transportation before any such federal funds can be obtained; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to delegate authorization to execute this agreement and any
amendments with the California Department of Transportation to the City Manager.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that the City Council hereby approves the Program Supplemental Agreement No. 020 -
N between the City and the California Department of Transportation.
E IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the South San Francisco that the
City Manager is hereby authorized to execute the Programs. Supplemental .Agreement No. o -N
on behalf of the City of South San Francisco, subject to approval as to form by the City At omey.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by
the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 13t' day of
June, 2012 by the following vote:

Vice Mayor Pedro Gonzalez and Mayor Richard A. Garbarino
