A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH THE SAN MATEO
COUNTY HARBOR DISTRICT FOR LAUNCH-
ING RAMPS AT OYSTER POINT MARINA
AND'APPROVING A PROCEDURE FOR FUR-
THER DEVELOPMENT.
that:
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
1. Execution of an agreement with the San Mateo County Harbor District
entitled ".Agreement between the San Mateo County Harbor District and the City
of South San Francisco to Develop Launching Ramps at Oyster Point Marina and
to Establish a Procedure for Further Development," is hereby authorized.
2. The acei,g cit~ Kamagerof the City of South San Francisco is
authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of the City and the City Clerk
attest his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
